The promoters invite investment into the project on a private placement basis for the first phase of the project for a capacity creation of 60 MW which will be ramped up to 120MW in the second phase. The company plans to float a public issue soon, which will increase the share value of original investors manifold.

KSPL assures at least 25% dividend on the value of investment from the first year of operation of the project. The company has a buy-back offer for willing investors which will be at a premium of 25% of original investment after 3 years.
